Standard rate for short engagements or single-day visits

CMM programming and inspection services in the United States generally run somewhere between $75 and $235 per hour depending on who is doing the work: rate-compressed contract houses at the low end, the OEM's own applications engineers at the top. Our rate is $125 per hour, in the middle of that range, for thirty years of measurement experience, seventeen of them at an OEM, and it shows up at your machine. The daily rate brings the effective number down further, and every rate on this page is published.
Travel time is billed separately from working hours, at $75 per hour
Within the Indianapolis area, travel time is always free.
Travel-related expenses are billed at actual cost plus a 5% administrative fee and appear on each weekly invoice. Meals are billed as a flat daily allowance per traveler, set on the quote, outside the 5% fee.
Hours beyond the standard work day or work week, unless previously contractually agreed upon, are billed at our premium rate of $200 per hour.
